Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. The role involves representing the company at various sales platforms such as events, roadshows, and client engagement activities. You will be responsible for promoting our services, conducting face-to-face presentations, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct face-to-face sales presentations at events, roadshows, or assigned locations

• Engage potential customers and provide clear explanations of available products and services

• Handle customer enquiries and assist with sign-ups and registration processes

• Maintain professional product knowledge to address customer needs effectively

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly targets

• Support the setup and teardown of event booths when required

• Adapt to changing environments and follow company sales systems and procedures

• Maintain accurate reporting of daily performance and customer interactions

Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years old

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Able to work independently and in a team environment

• Fresh graduates and individuals without experience are welcome; full training provided

• Must be able to commit at least 2 months (for full-time track)

Training:

• Structured training provided (average 2–3 weeks)

• Guidance on sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge

Compensation Structure:

Training / Part-Time:

• Basic daily pay with commission

• Increased daily rate upon completion of training

• Weekly payout options available

Full Time:

• Fixed monthly basic salary with CPF contributions

• Additional commission structure available

• Full commission scheme also offered (optional)
