About the role

As a Sales Manager at S Team Technic Pte. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expanding its customer base. This is a full-time position that will require you to leverage your sales expertise and strategic thinking to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of sales targets.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  2. Prospecting and identifying new potential clients
  3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and secure new opportunities
  4. Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all clients
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
  6. Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas and adjust sales approaches accordingly
  7. Mentoring and motivating a team of sales representatives to ensure they are equipped with the skills and resources to succeed
  8. Accurately forecasting sales pipelines and providing regular progress reports to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 1 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the sales industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
  3. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
  5. Preferably, familiarity with the sales in Marine industry or equivalent
