Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent beverage quality by following standard preparation procedures and maintaining high product standards.
  • Support the creation and testing of new drink recipes to keep the menu innovative and aligned with customer preferences.
  • Lead and mentor the barista team, providing on-the-job training in beverage preparation, customer service, and daily café operations.
  • Conduct regular training sessions on coffee-making techniques, equipment care, and hygiene best practices.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with patrons in a professional and friendly manner, addressing inquiries and feedback effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and inclusive environment that encourages customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
  • Monitor and manage inventory for coffee ingredients and supplies, ensuring optimal stock levels and proper storage.
  • Work with the marketing team to support promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and recommend product improvements based on sales trends.

Requirement:

  • Experience in a senior or supervisory barista role, with strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, beans, and equipment.
  • Demonstrated leadership, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to guide and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about coffee and quality service, with experience in inventory management and day-to-day café operations preferred.
