Responsibilities

  • Support senior consultants in gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
  • Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications and workflows.
  • Contribute to solution design and testing activities, ensuring requirements are correctly implemented.
  • Support data analysis and reporting to provide insights that inform project decisions.
  • Help facilitate workshops, presentations, and client discussions, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Maintain project documentation, including user stories, process maps, and status updates.
  • Participate in team discussions and brainstorming sessions to support problem-solving and delivery improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business analyst or technology support role.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of Java, JavaScript, SQL, and AWS Cloud; able to understand technical requirements and perform simple debugging.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and frameworks, including SDLC processes.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities; ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, event-driven architecture, or legacy system migration is good to have.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support project delivery.
