Job Description: Business Analyst
Responsibilities
  • Collect, document, and clarify business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders and end-users.​
  • Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, providing actionable insights to support business decisions and process improvements.​
  • Assist in mapping and evaluating current business processes, suggesting optimisation or automation opportunities.​
  • Prepare reports, visualizations, and presentations (using Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.) to communicate findings and recommendations.​
  • Support project management by tracking progress, documenting changes, and assisting with timetabling and risk management.​
  • Maintain records of requirements, project deliverables, and process changes, ensuring documentation is accurate and up-to-date.​
  • Collaborate with senior analysts, team members, and technical staff to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.​
  • Provide end-user support, contribute to training materials, and assist with user acceptance testing and rollout activities.​
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.​
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.​
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau) and basic business process mapping.​
  • Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.​
  • Prior internship or relevant experience in data analysis, project coordination, or business support is a plus.
