  • Plan and coordinate talks, lectures, and educational programs tailored to diverse audiences, including schools, access and community groups, as well as the general public.
  • Facilitate and manage school, access, and community group visits, ensuring smooth, enriching experiences aligned with curriculum goals and community interests.
  • Develop interpretive materials and educational resources with clear, accessible content that appeals to various learning styles and knowledge levels. This includes designing and producing digital content, learning guides, and exhibition materials that enhance visitor understanding and engagement at the museum.
  • Collect and analyse feedback and data to drive continuous improvement in educational offerings.
  • Assist in promoting educational initiatives through outreach activities and digital platforms.
  • Support in docent management and training initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Education, Museum Studies, Arts Management, History, or related field
  • Proven experience in museum education or similar cultural institutions
  • Friendly, meticulous, and able to work effectively in a team
  • Able to work on selected weeknights and weekends. Time-off will be given accordingly on weekdays

Working Location and hours

  • City Hall
  • Working Hours - 8:30am to 6pm
