Description:

Support Client's participation in the events, including:

  1. Managing the design, copyediting, and fabrication of  physical displays
  2. Managing the flight and hotel bookings, disbursement of honoraria, transport, scheduling, and any other administrative matters for invited speakers
  3. Undertake government procurement tasks for the fulfilment of the above tasks.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in arts management graduates and/or with events-related experiences.
  • Committed with good working attitude and resilience to produce the desired results.

Working Location and hours

Raffles City

Working Hours - 9am to 6pm
