Job Description
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, products, and supplies.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmation, delivery schedules, and price negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of purchasing documents, supplier information, and product data.
Monitor stock levels and assist in placing replenishment orders.
Office & Document Management
Manage and organize purchase-related files, records, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy document retrieval.
Prepare purchasing reports and assist in data entry or cost analysis when required.
Communication & Support for Management
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement and delivery processes.
- Support management in daily administrative and purchasing operations.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and customers to resolve order or delivery issues.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant purchasing or procurement experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Chinese-speaking candidates preferred (to liaise with Chinese suppliers)
