About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Beer Promoters to represent our beer brand in food courts and coffee shops in Singapore. As a Beer Promoter, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and creating memorable experiences that drive product awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell beer products at a large coffee shop in Geylang
  • Engage with customers in a friendly, entertaining and professional manner to drive sales of the beer
  • Collect customer feedback and market intelligence for reporting
  • Maintain a positive appearance and represent the brand image

Requirements:

  • Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays; 6 days a week
  • Outgoing, confident personality with strong customer service orientation
  • Well-groomed with professional appearance
  • Prior experience in promotions, retail, F&B, or hospitality preferred but not required
  • Singaporeans, or valid work permit holders only

What We Offer:

  • SGD 2,500 base salary
  • Commission structure based on monthly volume sold; a top performer can earn up to 50% more than the base salary
