Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST filings
- Generate monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheet
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare payment vouchers, issue invoices, and handle receipts
- Liaise with suppliers / subcontractors regarding invoices and payment matters
- Ensure the preparation of financial and management results are done in a timely and accurate manner
- Any ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant experience in accounting
- Proficient in accounting software (eg: MYOB, Xero)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good organisation and administrative skills
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM)
