Job Title: Senior Oracle ERP Consultant – Defence & Security Sector

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle ERP Consultant with 15+ years of expertise in implementing Oracle applications for Defence, Police, or Government Security Agencies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in defence human capital processes for the Army, Navy, and Air Force and possess strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. A deep understanding of defence terminologies is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle ERP and HCM solutions for defence and security agencies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise (SME) on defence human capital processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, and personnel lifecycle management for Army, Navy, and Air Force.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design ERP solutions, and ensure compliance with defence regulations.
  • Offer strategic insights to improve workforce planning, HR operations, and security protocols using Oracle applications.
  • Conduct training sessions and presentations for defence personnel and senior leadership.
  • Manage project timelines, risk assessments, and ensure successful deployment of Oracle solutions in classified or high-security environments.
Key Requirements:
  • 15+ years of experience in implementing Oracle applications for Defence, Police, or Government Security Agencies.
  • Deep understanding of defence human capital processes across the Army, Navy, and Air Force.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP, Oracle HCM, and associated modules relevant to defence and security operations.
  • Familiarity with defence terminologies, organizational structures, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with military and government stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in classified or high-security environments, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Oracle ERP/HCM certifications related to public sector or defence industries.
  • Experience in classified projects or handling sensitive government data.
  • Prior experience working with Ministries of Defence, Armed Forces, or Security Agencies.
