Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)Financial Crime & Compliance Management (FCCM)Data Management & Analytics Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our Singapore practice. You will play a key role in implementing OFSAA ERM/EPM solutions and collaborate closely with Project Managers, Technical/Functional SMEs, and client stakeholders. The role involves full-cycle delivery — from installation and configuration through testing, go-live, and post-implementation support. Key Responsibilities Install, configure, and deploy OFSAA ERM/EPM solutions at client sites. Manage delivery lifecycle: installation, patches/upgrades, configuration, UAT, and go-live. Conduct technical workshops, capture requirements, and document client environments. Collaborate with Functional Consultants to align solution design with business needs. Lead client discussions on ERM (Basel, LRM) and EPM (ALM, FTP, PFT) modules. Validate data models (FSDF, OIDF) and integrate OFSAA with client systems. Provide technical leadership to junior consultants and ensure deliverables are on track. Ensure compliance with Oracle methodologies and contribute to internal best practices. Regional travel may be required (some projects may need extended onsite support). Required Technical Skills 6–8 years hands-on experience in OFSAA ERM/EPM implementations. Strong in Java / J2EE, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting. Proficiency in OFSAA Data Model (FSDF, OIDF), XML, ERwin (v12+). Strong RDBMS background (Oracle, DB2, Exadata) with data warehousing concepts. Web servers: WebLogic, WebSphere, Tomcat. System security exposure: LDAP, OIG, SSO, user auth. Domain Expertise BFSI domain experience (banking and/or insurance) is mandatory. Proven implementation experience in ERM (Basel, LRM) and EPM (ALM, FTP, PFT) modules. Accounting knowledge is an added advantage. Preferred Background Prior technical team lead or project management exposure. Strong documentation and presentation skills. Qualifications Strong communication skills in English, capable of engaging client executives and technical teams. Proactive, independent, and team-oriented.
