Role: Senior Associate Consultant (Oracle Cloud EPM) - ONLY FOR MANDARIN SPEAKER Key Responsibilities Act as a consultant for clients in the Greater China market on Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS) implementations. Translate business needs in budgeting, forecasting, and planning into effective Oracle EPM solutions. Gather requirements, prepare functional documents, and design system solutions. Develop, configure, and test Oracle EPM applications, integrations, business rules, and reports. Provide user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for successful solution adoption. Communicate effectively with business and IT teams in both English and Mandarin. (Senior role) Lead workstreams, guide junior members, and contribute to solution architecture. Requirements Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus). Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems (or equivalent experience). Strong skills in Excel, Essbase Add-in, and SmartView. 3+ years of hands‐on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM (PBCS/EPBCS) and full‐cycle implementations. Solid understanding of FP&A processes and best practices. Experience with integration tools like FDMEE, Data Management, or ODI, and automation scripts (EPM Automate). Preferred Experience in a Big 4 or global consulting firm. Strong client communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast‐paced, project‐driven environment. Familiar with emerging EPM and AI‐based features (Predictive Planning, Auto Predict). Prior experience working with clients in the Greater China region.
