Senior Oracle ERP Financial Consultant

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle ERP Financial Consultant with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification and over 20 years of expertise in public sector accounting (both cash and accrual). The ideal candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle ERP Financial Applications, specializing in implementations for Government and Quasi-Government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Oracle ERP Financial Applications for public sector clients.Provide expert guidance on cash and accrual accounting practices in compliance with government financial regulations.Work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, define requirements, and design ERP solutions that enhance financial management and reporting.Conduct training sessions and presentations for finance teams, ensuring a smooth transition to Oracle ERP solutions.Offer strategic advisory services to improve budgeting, financial planning, and reporting frameworks.Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP system issues related to public sector financial operations.Key Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20+ years of experience in public sector accounting (cash and accrual).Proven track record of implementing Oracle ERP Financial Applications for Government and Quasi-Government entities.Deep understanding of public sector financial frameworks, compliance requirements, and reporting standards.Strong communication and presentation skills to engage with senior stakeholders, finance teams, and IT professionals.Ability to lead ERP implementations, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide best practices in financial transformation.Preferred Qualifications:
