**About the Role
As our Senior ERP Solution Architect specializing in Oracle, you'll lead the design and implementation of innovative ERP solutions for clients. **Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, architecture, development, and implementation of Oracle Applications, with a focus on Financials, General Ledgers, and modules.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the entire software implementation lifecycle, from system and business analysis to global design and architecture.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Manage design coordination across functional areas, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with client objectives.
- Drive the transition of legacy systems to Oracle ERP solutions, optimizing processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ERP consulting, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance service offerings.

**Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- 18-20 years of hands-on experience in ERP consulting, with a focus on Oracle Applications.
- Extensive experience in implementing Oracle ERP solutions across various industries, such as Energy and Utilities, Oil and Gas, Financial Services, Chemicals, and Consumer Electronics.
- Proven expertise in Oracle Financials, Project Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.
- Strong understanding of both EBS and Cloud environments, with proficiency in transitioning legacy systems to Oracle ERP solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience leading teams and managing complex projects. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

**Certifications
- Certification as an Oracle Financials Cloud General Ledger Specialist
- Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud Implementation Specialist
- Oracle Cost Management Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist preferred.
