About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Senior Executive to support student outreach, recruitment, and admissions for a postgraduate programme.

This role combines marketing, engagement, and administration — perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people, coordinating events, and supporting learners in their educational journey.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Branding

  • Support product marketing and branding initiatives for the programme.
  • Manage and update owned media platforms (website, social media, brochures).

Student Recruitment & Outreach

  • Assist in lead generation and nurturing activities.
  • Engage with prospective students to provide programme information and suitability guidance.
  • Organise and support education fairs, info sessions, and coffee chats to promote programmes.
  • Manage role-based accounts for timely student engagement.

Admissions & Support

  • Assist in the application and admissions process.
  • Support scholarship administration.
  • Deliver timely and professional service to applicants for a positive admissions experience.
What We're Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline (preference for Business, Marketing, or related fields).
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in student recruitment, marketing, or admissions.
  • Hands-on experience with content creation and social media management.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong eye for design, layout, and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
