We are representing our client in recruiting an experienced Business Controller to partner with senior management, drive business performance, and deliver data-driven insights that shape the company's future.

This role is central to the business, not just finance — you'll be embedded in commercial decision-making and lead discussion with senior leadership, covering :

  • Strategic Financial Leadership – Driving annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning that guide the company's growth trajectory.
  • Commercial Decision Support – Partnering with business unit heads to evaluate investments, market entries, and product launches, ensuring ROI is maximized.
  • Performance & Profitability Management – Analyzing performance drivers, identifying margin improvement opportunities, and leading cost optimization initiatives without compromising growth.
  • Operational Partnering – Working closely with operations and supply chain to balance efficiency, working capital, and service levels.
  • Governance & Risk Management – Ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with accounting standards, and disciplined financial governance to support sustainable growth.
  • Business Transformation – Contributing to digitalization initiatives, ERP enhancements, and process automation to improve the speed and accuracy of business insights.

The ideal profile:

  • Minimum Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics; CPA/ACCA/CIMA preferred.
  • At least 10 years in business controlling, FP&A, or finance leadership, ideally in FMCG/manufacturing.
  • Proven ability to partner with cross-functional leaders and influence commercial strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and financial modelling expertise, with ERP experience (SAP preferred).
