We are looking for a Manager to join our Business control team in the Singapore office

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Head of department in building the compliance system, including frameworks, processes, and standards to ensure alignment with legal and regulatory requirements
  2. Develop risk assessment models to identify potential risk points in key business processes and provide improvement recommendations
  3. Support special audits, compliance inspections, and fraud investigations covering functions such as finance, procurement, sales, and operations
  4. Investigate and collect evidence on violations, draft investigation reports, provide handling suggestions, and follow up on the implementation of corrective measures
  5. Manage the company's reporting channels (e.g., fraud hotline/email) on a daily basis, ensuring confidentiality and timely handling of reports
  6. Organize compliance training to enhance company-wide risk awareness and compliance capabilities; collaborate with internal audit, legal, risk control, and other departments to improve the corporate governance system

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in law, auditing, financial management, business administration, or related fields
  2. Over 5 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management
  3. Solid knowledge of industry regulations (e.g., anti-fraud, anti-bribery, data security);
  4. Professional certifications such as CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA, or legal qualifications are preferred;
  5. Strong principles, high professional integrity, and confidentiality awareness; excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to handle sensitive issues effectively;
