Then come in and join our **Singapore**team as a **Business Performance Controller** to** f**ocus on Cost Center Controlling and Planning Activities for regional headquarters in Singapore**. The role reports directly to the Business Performance Controlling Manager.

**Your Role**:

- You will focus on cost center controlling and planning activities for ASEAN Regional Headquarters in Singapore (including collaborating across functional and departments for developing and adjusting budgets and forecast of P&L, Balance sheet, Headcount)
- You will drive process streamlining, digitalization and automation within the finance team
- You will be responsible for regular updates of management reports, presentations, projects, and financial analysis of various KPIs (e,g, new digital tools that will enhance overall performance and introduce them within the zone) and special / ad-hoc topics

**Your Expertise**:

- You hold a successfully completed Bachelor Degree in Controlling, Accounting or Finance
- You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Controlling / Finance and Digitalization
- You have a strong understanding of business finance terms, process, and management. Prior knowledge and experience in SAP is preferred.
- You have experience in Project Management and managing multiple stakeholders

**Your personality and skills**:

- You are highly collaborative, interacting cross-functionally with several departments of the business.
- You are required to work with our latest technology and therefore be willing to learn about new software tools and hardware solutions.
- You possess strong communication skills and can clearly articulate and present concepts.
- You have very good presentation skills and show team orientation.
- You possess intermediate to advance Microsoft Office Skills (e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI etc.
