As a Sales Suppprt, Your primary responsibility is to verify leads, conduct cold calls, and schedule appointments. This is a highly rewarding role for individuals who are motivated, results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to verify leads and qualify enquiries
  • Introduce services clearly and confidently to prospective clients
  • Schedule appointments between Sales people and potential partners
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and appointments in the CRM system
  • Achieve and exceed call and appointment targets with consistency

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, positive, and persistent personality with a professional phone manner
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering results
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not mandatory (training provided)
