JOB OVERVIEW

Responsible for the administrative duties of the Chief Steward/Stewarding Manager

  • Provide administrative support to the Stewarding team, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate closely with the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward to uphold Ritz-Carlton standards and establish operational benchmarks.

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of hotel-related information, including correspondence, reports, and files.

  • Monitor and manage the calendars of the Stewarding Manager and Chief Steward.

  • Track, trace, and file documents systematically.

  • Organize the workstation and consistently prioritize tasks to ensure daily objectives are met efficiently.

  • Handle requisitions and track purchases, including CAPEX items.

  • Process expense claims, including medical and optical reimbursements.

  • Support Human Resources-related activities and documentation.

  • Manage casual labour requisitions and approvals.

  • Oversee and manage the Stewarding outsourced contract.

  • Oversee and manage the Stewarding Inventory

  • Collaborate closely with the Learning and Development team to coordinate training programs for the Stewarding department.
