We are looking for Assistant Chief Steward Manager to join our teamSupport the Chief Steward in managing all stewarding operations Supervise stewarding staff (dishwashers, cleaners, utility workers) across all shifts Ensure kitchen and back-of-house areas are cleaned and sanitized according to hygiene standards Monitor cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and storage areas Ensure proper operation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment Assist in training staff on hygiene, safety procedures, and correct chemical usage Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and stewarding tools Coordinate closely with kitchen, banquet, and F&B teams to meet service requirements Help implement and monitor waste management procedures Qualifications 3–5 years of stewarding or kitchen support experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Customer Service Industries Hospitality, Travel Arrangements, and Food and Beverage Services We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
