Job Description:

  • Supervise a team and oversee daily warehouse operation matters to ensure smooth warehouse operations. Hands-on support may be required.

  • Supervise daily inventory accuracy and ensure on-time execution of inbound, outbound, and delivery processes (GR, GI, IOD, RDD):

  • Perform daily system checks to ensure operational processes are completed and KPIs are met.

  • Verify EDI interface through WMS/TMS systems to ensure error-free data transmission.
  • Coordinate and monitor inventory accuracy in collaboration with the assigned inventory PIC.
  • Conduct inbound checks, including loading/unloading and item verification as required.
  • Ensure all steps for receiving and put away are properly executed.
  • Manage return processes by completing technical documentation and ensuring necessary communication.
  • Monitor daily warehouse activities and provide continuous improvement plan of warehouse SOPs that meet with the business requirements.
  • Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies and align with the company's overall vision.
  • Prepare and submit monthly Business Review (MBR) report, including performance and KPI review, and liaise with the customer accordingly.
  • Coordinate and support the Bi-Annual Stock Audit, ensuring adequate manpower and equipment are arranged. Report discrepancies to internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • Manage 3rd-party transporters to ensure compliance with KPIs for punctuality and proper handling during delivery and collection.
  • Coach and lead warehouse team to achieve productivity efficiency and drive for high performance.
  • Handle operational issue such as escalations, delivery issues, and service recovery.
  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to minimize workplace injury and related risks.
  • Support any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.
