Central Region, Singapore Pacmak Db Naval Charterers & Consultants (Pte.) Ltd. Full time $40,000 - $80,000 per year

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve accounting queries and issues
  • Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems
  • Assist in GST Filing

What we're looking for

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the Assistant Accountants field
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting standards
