Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Radiology IT projects including emerging technologies like AI, 3D imaging/printing, ensuring smooth operationalization and coordination with stakeholders.
  • Oversee compliance and lifecycle management for Radiology IT systems, including MDOTS, IT risk assessments, contract renewals, and system support (e.g., EPIC UAT, PCR, OSR).
  • Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with Radiology Informatics, and facilitate issue resolution across IT teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials such as user guides and SOPs to support system use and staff competency.
  • Support budgeting, procurement, and vendor management for Radiology IT systems, leasing arrangements, and outsourced services.
  • Drive data analysis and process improvements, optimizing intra-cluster workflows and proposing enhancements based on data insights.

Requirements

  • 2 years of specialized or relevant experience in contract management and vendor relations or Information Technology environment (IT professionals) or project management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic understanding of IT and network systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Work with flexible hours as some duties require after-office work.
