Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Territory Executive to join our fast-paced FMCG team If you enjoy building client relationships, driving sales growth, and working in a dynamic environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key partners.
  • Execute trade promotions and ensure brand visibility at store level.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
  • Track competitor activities and provide market insights.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel frequently within assigned territory.
