Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive (Events & E-Commerce)
Salary: $2,800 – $3,200 basic + monthly profit sharing scheme (OTE $3,800–$4,500+)
UncleDiDi's is a homegrown snack brand known for our popcorn, cotton candy, and live food stations for corporate and private events. We are seeking an experienced, motivated and energetic Corporate Sales & Marketing Executive to drive our B2B sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming corporate enquiries via WhatsApp, email, website, and social media.
Build strong client relationships, upsell live stations/activities, and close deals.
Suggest and promote customised packaging solutions tailored to client needs.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, issue invoices, and manage payment collection.
Check and maintain website orders and ordering system for accuracy.
Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure orders are packed and delivered on time.
Propose and execute sales campaigns and festive promotions for corporate clients.
Manage and grow e-commerce platforms (Shopee, GrabMart, Foodpanda, TikTok Shop).
Explore new digital platforms and B2B opportunities to expand business.
Maintain accurate sales records and detailed client order history.
Assist in event-related sales activities when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in corporate sales/events/FMCG).
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
Energetic, independent, and target-driven with a proven sales track record.
Creative and proactive, able to suggest tailored solutions for clients.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational and follow-up skills.
