East Region, Singapore CGP Personnel Full time $38,400 - $48,000 per year

We are looking for customer service / call center agents for our client.

Job Description:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Ensuring timely resolution of issues through prompt follow-ups.
  • Effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints and feedback.
  • Providing operational support by working overtime when necessary.
  • Contributing to ad-hoc projects and initiatives as directed by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree with relevant work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Possesses a positive, customer-centric approach.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.

Salary & Misc :

  • $3200 - $4000/Month (Based on Experience / Qualification)
  • Completion bonus of 0.5 Months or 1 Month
  • Opportunities to advance within the company and transition into other roles
  • Annual Leaves & Medical Leaves
