Central Region, Singapore Corestaff Pte Ltd Full time $30,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day coordination of all aspects client management
  • Provide customer service support by corresponding to enquiries and requirements regarding order information / status, quotations, shipping, delivery schedule, and inventory availability
  • Follow-up closely to ensure resolution of all problems and issues from clients
  • Work closely with all cross-functional teams to ensure clients' operational requirements are met and/or manage client expectations accordingly
  • Initiate continuous processes improvement and provide business reports to Management and clients on a weekly/monthly basis
  • Attend/participate in demand planning with clients if necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma / degree in business or any related fields
  • At least 2 years of working experience handling order management / customer service in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing will be an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good time management and cross-functional communication
  • Be open to participating in international/overseas calls if required (not often)
