
Project Admin Officer

Job Description:
- Tracking of procurement of equipment, materials and tools.
- Handle project administrative works including progress claims, payments, purchase orders, delivery orders, tax invoices, etc.
- Tracking of manpower deployment onsite and between projects.
- Handle all other project administrative works which may be assigned by te project manager and engineers.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary/equivalent certificate.
- Minimum 2-years of working experience, preferably in construction related industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possessed organisational skills and problem-solving ability.
