Our Client

Our client, a renowned UK-based international education group establishing its new campus in Singapore,, is seeking an Admissions Manager to plays a pivotal role in driving student enrolment and delivering a seamless admissions experience. This role combines operational execution with relationship management, ensuring that families receive personalised guidance while the admissions function consistently achieves enrolment targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Student Recruitment & Relationship Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for prospective families, delivering exceptional customer service that reflects the school's values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective parents, students, education consultants, relocation agents, and corporate partners.
  • Conduct personalised campus tours that highlight academic programmes, co-curricular offerings, and facilities, tailoring presentations to each family's needs.
  • Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, and information sessions locally and internationally.
  • Communicate regularly with prospective families across multiple channels, ensuring timely follow-up and a professional, empathetic tone.

2. Admissions Process Management

  • Manage the full admissions cycle from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all applicants.
  • Review and process applications, ensuring documentation is complete and compliant with school and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule admissions assessments, interviews, and meetings with academic leadership.
  • Facilitate post-assessment consultations and guide families through next steps.
  • Support the Head of Admissions in evaluating applicant profiles and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore MOE regulations, EduTrust standards, and CPE requirements, including waiver processes where necessary.
  • Manage waitlists and communications, issuing place offers as they become available.
  • Support the re-enrolment process to maintain high retention rates.

3. Marketing, Outreach & Community Engagement

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to align admissions messaging and recruitment strategies with target demographics.
  • Support the creation of admissions materials, presentations, and digital content.
  • Contribute admissions-related updates to social media and digital channels.
  • Organise and coordinate admissions events such as Open Houses, Discovery Days, and school taster sessions.
  • Build, maintain, and grow partnerships with feeder schools, early years centres, relocation firms, education consultants, listing portals, and international recruitment agents.
  • Develop and nurture professional networks through attendance at international and local education fairs, corporate HR engagements, and expatriate community events.

4. Family Retention & Re-enrolment Support

  • Assist in managing the annual re-enrolment cycle, ensuring timely follow-up with families.
  • Contact families who have not responded to re-enrollment communications via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand their intentions
  • Engage with families considering withdrawal, identifying concerns and presenting solutions where possible.
  • Escalate high-priority or sensitive cases to the Head of Admissions promptly.
  • Document reasons for attrition to inform future strategy, while maintaining positive relationships with departing families.
  • Provide clear information on programme developments, facilities, or enhancements that may influence re-enrolment decisions.

5. Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive admissions records in CRM and MIS systems.
  • Track enquiries through the admissions funnel with detailed notes and progression updates.
  • Track status of all re-enrollment follow-ups, including contact dates, family concerns, and outcomes
  • Prepare regular reports on metrics such as conversion rates, nationality mix, and enrolment projections.
  • Monitor competitor schools and market trends, providing insights to improve positioning.
  • Ensure PDPA compliance in all data handling practices.

6. Administrative & Compliance Oversight

  • Prepare and issue offer letters, enrolment contracts, and relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate with Finance on application fee collection, enrolment deposits, and scholarship/bursary administration.
  • Support international families with visa and Student Pass applications.
  • Work collaboratively with Academic, Pastoral, and Learning Support teams to ensure appropriate student placement.
  • Ensure all admissions materials maintain brand consistency and professional standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service, preferably within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment targets.
  • Strong understanding of international curricula (IB, British, or American).
  • Proficient in CRM and School MIS systems, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
  • Established network within Singapore's expatriate, corporate, or education communities.
  • Experience engaging high-net-worth families and corporate partners.
  • Culturally adaptable with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Multilingual abilities (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean or others) considered an advantage due to the need to engage with diverse international families and corporate partners.
  • Willingness to work evenings or weekends for events and to travel occasionally for recruitment fairs.
