  • Deliver engaging one-to-one and group tours of the school campus, answering questions with empathy and clarity during post-tour consultations.
  • Provide thoughtful follow-up after visits to maintain ongoing relationships with families and support them through each stage of the application process.
  • Represent the school as a brand ambassador at recruitment events, open days, webinars, exhibitions, and information sessions both locally and internationally.
  • Build lasting partnerships with key community stakeholders including agents, affiliates, and influencers to enhance student recruitment efforts across various markets.

What you bring:

To excel as an Admissions Manager, your background should reflect substantial experience engaging directly with customers or clients, preferably within educational or similarly service-oriented sectors.

  • A degree-level qualification in a relevant field provides you with foundational knowledge essential for success in this role.
  • At least three years of proven sales or customer service experience within a business-to-consumer environment equips you with practical skills for engaging diverse audiences.
  • Direct experience in highly personalised B2C settings-ideally within education or related industries-demonstrates your ability to adapt approaches based on individual client needs.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills enable you to present confidently in both one-on-one meetings and group settings while addressing complex queries effectively.
  • Outstanding written communication abilities ensure that all correspondence with families is clear, empathetic, and professional at every stage of the admissions process.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems allows you to manage enquiries efficiently while maintaining accurate records throughout each applicant's journey.
  • Demonstrated relationship management skills help you foster trust with prospective families as well as internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Experience working within multicultural environments means you are sensitive to cultural nuances when interacting with international clients.
  • A results-oriented mindset drives you towards achieving targets set by the school while always prioritising positive outcomes for students and families.
