We are an established F&B group in Singapore seeking a dynamic and strategic Operations Manager to provide full-spectrum leadership across our many outlets.

This is a pivotal role for a hands-on leader who is driven by results and passionate about building people and brands.

Schedule: 5-day work week. This role requires weekend work, with one fixed off day on a weekend.

Ideal Start Date : Immediate.

You will be the driving force behind our outlets' success, accountable for:

  • Business Performance. Owning the P&L, developing strategies to hit sales targets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
  • Operational Excellence. Ensuring impeccable Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards and full compliance with SFA, NEA, and MOM regulations.
  • People Development. Leading, mentoring, and building a high-performing operations team, from Area Managers to outlet staff.
  • Continuous Improvement.  Leveraging data and technology to streamline processes, execute flawless promotions, and foster a culture of growth.

We Are Looking For:

  • A proven leader with 8-10 years of F&B experience, including at least 5 years in a multi-outlet operations management role.
  • A strategic thinker with strong financial acumen, including demonstrated experience in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • An expert in Singapore's F&B regulatory landscape (SFA, NEA, WSHA).
  • A resilient, hands-on, and communicative leader who inspires teams and leads by example.
