Job description:

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform the opening and emptying of table and gaming machine drop boxes when scheduled.
  • Handle heavy items (e.g., heavy boxes) and perform cash counting duties in the soft count room when scheduled.
  • Perform bulk batching of counted money when scheduled.
  • Perform sealing of drop box for gaming tables when scheduled.
  • Replenish cash float to Kiosks.
  • Comply with the relevant Regulatory Authority's requirements and adhere to the Company's policies, standard operating procedures, and service standards.
  • Other assignments as directed by Management.

Job Requirements

  • Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age.
  • Minimum GCE `N' level or an equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in banking, cashiering, or cash handling is preferred.
  • Good numerical sense, detail-oriented, high levels of integrity.
  • Dependable and good team player.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of casino operations, drop-box procedures, and familiarity with electronic counting equipment (e.g., note counters, counterfeit detectors) is a plus.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
