Triangle Auto Pte Ltd (TAPL) is the sole distributor of ISUZU commercial vehicles in Singapore, specializing in sales, after-sales services, and spare parts. Established in 1987, TAPL operates from its Tuas Avenue facility, which features 40,000 sq ft of floorspace and state-of-the-art equipment for repairs and maintenance. The company offers a diverse range of commercial vehicles, from 1-Ton Pick-up Trucks to 60-Ton Tractor Head trucks, supported by a team of experienced and highly trained staff. Through collaborations with local and overseas Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), TAPL enhances the versatility of ISUZU trucks. With a focus on quality products and service excellence, TAPL is growing its sales and service network to better serve commercial vehicle users in Singapore.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Advisor at our Tuas location. The Service Advisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, coordinating aftersales services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include managing vehicle service appointments, communicating effectively with customers and workshop teams, and maintaining accurate records of service requests and follow-ups. Upsell service contracts, valued added services and products.

Coordinate with parts team on parts order and ensuring parts availability prior to arranging customers' visit.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer-focused Service
  • Effective Communication skills for interacting with both customers and internal teams
  • Familiarity with Aftersales processes and operations in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector is an advantage
  • Diploma equivalent qualification in a related field
  • Ability to communicate in Malay, Indian or Dialects.
