Responsibilities :
- Handling full AR module in accounting system
- Generate invoice & manage timely collection from customer
- Prepare and maintain weekly invoice listing report
- Assist in Letter of credit (LC) issuance, Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance & updating Trust Receipt (TR) Schedules
- Classify expense code and post staff reimbursement claims in the accounting system
- Support in annual audit preparation and related documentation
- Prepare progress claims, update delivery order and maintain the project claims tracker
- At hoc assignments assigned by manager
Requirements :-
- Diploma or certificate in accounting
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word) : knowledge of accounting systems/ERP will be an advantage
- Strong attention to details, good organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Singaporean only
