Responsibilities :

  • Handling full AR module in accounting system
  • Generate invoice & manage timely collection from customer
  • Prepare and maintain weekly invoice listing report
  • Assist in Letter of credit (LC) issuance, Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance & updating Trust Receipt (TR) Schedules
  • Classify expense code and post staff reimbursement claims in the accounting system
  • Support in annual audit preparation and related documentation
  • Prepare progress claims, update delivery order and maintain the project claims tracker
  • At hoc assignments assigned by manager

Requirements :-

  • Diploma or certificate in accounting
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word) : knowledge of accounting systems/ERP will be an advantage
  • Strong attention to details, good organizational and time management skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Singaporean only
