Assistant HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with business goals, drive cultural alignment, and support regional growth initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and leadership development programs to attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
- Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives, well-being programs, and regular feedback mechanisms to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
- Ensure regional operations comply with local labor laws and company policies, while proactively identifying and mitigating HR-related risks.
- Lead organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives to support business evolution and operational efficiency.
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including payroll, employee records, and HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years full spectrum HR experience in FMCG/Beverage/Manufacturing industry is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, strong analytical skills, and expertise in labor laws across key Asia Pacific markets.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving strategic HR initiatives.
