Job Responsibilities:

Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Handle new vendor creation and updates to vendor information in the financial system.

Manage direct invoice submissions to TCMS3.

Process payment vouchers and journals in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Administer matters related to PUB utilities

Conduct Accounts Payable (AP) vendor reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of vendor accounts.

Review lift-related work orders to ensure proper documentation and processing.

Perform day-end closing to reconcile S&CC payments received at the cashier counter and ensure they tally with the FER report.

Attend to verbal and written enquiries from residents, commercial owners, and tenants in a timely and professional manner.

Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements:

Min 2 years working experience

ITE/GCE N/O Level qualification

Meticulous, responsible, pro-active and team player

Good time management skills & able to work under pressure
