Responsibilities
- Support the daily operations of the Finance, Human Resources, and Administration Departments.
- Produce invoices and accept payments Maintain the Fixed Assets listing.
- Prepare journal vouchers and data entries.
- Perform month-end financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare and submit GST returns Prepare bank reconciliation and audit schedules.
- Maintain accounting files and records.
- Help with financial audits.
- Handle human resources and general administrative tasks.
- Any other responsibilities that may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- A level or Diploma in Accounting & Finance/Business Administrative
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting system would be advantageous.
- Able to work independently and as a team to support each other.
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Time: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
