Key Responsibilities

  1. Logistics Operations Management

  2. Oversee day-to-day logistics operations for chilled, frozen, and ambient product fulfilment.

  3. Lead and manage the internal logistics and driver team to meet delivery schedules, service levels, and compliance requirements.
  4. Coordinate with 3rd-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  5. In charge of logistics department P&L

  6. System & Administration

  7. Manage and update delivery records, schedules, and documentation through Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).

  8. Ensure accuracy in data entry, invoicing, and related administrative tasks.
  9. Analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities.

  10. Process Improvement & Compliance

  11. Implement best practices for inventory control, product handling, and temperature-sensitive transport.

  12. Ensure all logistics activities meet safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.

  13. Driving Support

  14. Serve as a spare driver for company trucks when necessary.

  15. New Business Development

  16. Identify and secure new sales and business fulfilment opportunities to the company with delivery sales team


Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in FMCG or food distribution.
  • Experience managing chilled, frozen, and ambient fulfilment.
  • Digital savvy – proficient in using ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Driving licence (Class 3 or above).
