Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Project Manager with scheduling, meeting coordination, progress reporting, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain and manage project documentation, ensuring timely submissions, accurate records, and proper tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, site staff, and external stakeholders—including nearby residents and businesses.
  • Raise purchase requests and liaise with operations/procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of site materials and requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly reports on site manpower and assist in staff welfare administration.
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory agencies to support permit applications and compliance matters.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for efficient document retrieval and project tracking.
  • Handle public inquiries and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site-based administrative roles.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
