Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to support the effective operation of the Claims Administration unit by ensuring accurate and timely processing of claims. You will contribute to ongoing improvements in claims processes and help enhance the overall customer experience through efficient service and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately register Personal Accident (PA) claims within the required turnaround time in the claims system.
  • Review and screen medical bills for consistency with policy details and claim status.
  • Manage the issuance and processing of replacement cheques.
  • Communicate and follow up with claimants, policyholders, and agents to obtain outstanding documentation or information.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external partners to support effective claims handling.
  • Ensure compliance with business and regulatory requirements, and proactively address any compliance or operational risks.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging risks to help safeguard the organization.
  • Identify potential process improvements and participate in initiatives to enhance claims procedures and best practices.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks or assignments as delegated by your supervisor.
Our Requirements
  • Diploma holder with relevant admin duties or customer service experience
  • Customer-centric and meticulous with the ability to work under pressure
  • High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.

Note: This is a 6-month renewable contract role.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
