Arrange with customers sending vehicles for repair & collection;
Issue invoices for the collection of accident excess and repair cost;
Assist in answering phones calls;
Admin duties and ad hoc.
**Requirements**:
Able to communicate with the customers.
Able to read and write in English.
Basic computer skills required.
