Singapore South West Singapore Kyndryl Full time $150,000 - $200,000 per year

Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

At Kyndryl, you're not just joining a company—you're stepping into a purpose. We're at the heart of progress, helping clients and communities thrive through technology. As a Product Manager, you'll lead with impact, guiding products from idea to launch and beyond.

What You'll Do

You'll own the product journey end-to-end:

  • Understand the problem: Talk to users and stakeholders to uncover real needs and define what success looks like.

  • Shape the strategy: Build a clear roadmap, secure resources, and align teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.

  • Deliver and evolve: Work with designers and engineers to build, test, and release. Then measure, learn, and improve.

Why This Role Matters

Your work will directly influence how we solve complex challenges for our clients. You'll help shape products that matter—products that improve lives, drive efficiency, and support innovation across industries.

What You'll Gain

  • Growth: You'll have access to mentorship, learning programs, and leadership opportunities.

  • Belonging: We value diverse perspectives and inclusive collaboration.

  • Purpose: Your contributions will help build a better digital future.

We're looking for someone who's curious, strategic, and ready to lead. If you're passionate about solving problems and making a difference, we'd love to meet you.

Who You Are

What We Value at Kyndryl

If you're someone who leads with empathy and clarity, and is excited to shape meaningful outcomes, this role is for you.

Required Skills and Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience driving measurable business outcomes through product leadership.

  • Demonstrated success working end-to-end with design and engineering teams to build and evolve products.

  • Strong communication skills—able to clearly convey ideas and influence across diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making environments.

  • Comfortable working independently, prioritizing effectively, and staying focused under pressure.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence, JIRA, or Balsamiq.

  • Academic background in computer science, product management, or related fields.

  • Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Business Analysis Professional.

  • Experience in agile environments or cross-functional product teams.

  • A mindset for continuous learning and openness to feedback.

But we're not doing it single-handily: Our Kyndryl Inclusion Networks are only one of many ways we create a workplace where all Kyndryls can find and provide support and advice. This dedication to welcoming everyone into our company means that Kyndryl gives you – and everyone next to you – the ability to bring your whole self to work, individually and collectively, and support the activation of our equitable culture.
