About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join the Finance team at Regent Logistics Pte Ltd. In this full-time position based in Maritime Square, Central Region, you will play a important role in the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

What you'll be doing

  • Daily billing / invoicing of ongoing jobs
  • Keeping track of total sales of ongoing project
  • Tracking of driver's daily attendance & Claims for Monthly Salary tabulations
  • Verifying of incoming invoices / claims and tally against ongoing jobs before submitting to Finance for Payout
  • Process invoices and monitor collection from customers
  • Record accounts payable and process payments to vendor
  • Able to close simple accounts
  • Any other adhoc tasks assigned by Reporting Officer

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in an accounts or finance role, preferably in the logistics industry
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders
  • Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
