Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth for a range of medical equipment and consumables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals, to expand the product portfolio.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide training and product awareness sessions to support the sales team.
  • Assist in managing sales and marketing budgets, as well as forecasting sales performance to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or a related field, preferably with experience in diagnostic imaging, radiology, or ultrasonography.
  • At least 5 years of sales and marketing experience, ideally in medical imaging solutions, with exposure to working in a high-performing sales team.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets, expanding market reach, and driving business growth.
  • Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
