**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Be the champion of the products responsible: genomic sequencing projects.
- Responsible for product planning and launch, including product lifecycle management, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, working closely with R&D team to develop winning products, with manufacturing team in ensuring product transfer from R&D team and with sales team in successful launch of products within timeline.
- Responsible for product marketing, including product core positioning and message, marketing content generation and refinement. Work closely with sales, marketing and support teams to ensure customer and revenue satisfaction goals are met.
- Propose overall budget for projects and project plans with checkpoints.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders in delivering project results on time.
- Provide timely update to management team on the progress and roadblocks and propose solutions to address issues.
- Establish and manage a team of product managers under the business unit when need arises.

**Desired Skills and Competencies**
- Degree in the field of life/biological/medical sciences. Postgraduate is preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in the field of genomics. Hands-on experience with NGS and/or TGS is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to connect with people.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional team
- Result oriented and good project management skills
