Business Development Executive

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive – Channel Sales to support the growth of our business through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing channel partners to drive revenue and market expansion. You will work closely with partners across financial and non-financial sectors to promote our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and onboard new channel partners aligned with company goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous engagement and performance.
• Support partners in selling products through regular communication, training, and joint business planning.
• Execute channel sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the channel ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to provide partners with necessary tools and resources.
• Monitor partner performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities and results.
• Represent the company at partner meetings, industry events, and networking activities.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• –5 years of experience in business development, channel sales, or partner management (preferably in the financial or technology sectors).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple partner relationships.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with travel and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with financial institutions (e.g., banks, insurance, wealth management, fintech).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales performance tracking systems.
