Role Overview:
This is a hybrid role combining business development, marketing, and operations strategy. You will be responsible for growing our market presence, developing new revenue opportunities, and executing innovative marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is resourceful, creative, and hands-on, with the ability to manage both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:Identify and develop new revenue streams and partnership opportunities.
Propose and implement strategies to strengthen current business operations.
Support sales teams with new tools, materials, and customer engagement strategies. - Marketing & Branding:Create and manage engaging videos (product showcases, customer testimonials, social media clips).
Develop marketing strategies and campaigns to expand brand visibility.
Manage social media content and posting schedule across platforms.
Oversee the creation of new websites, landing pages, and digital assets to improve customer acquisition.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize marketing ROI. - Operations & Strategy:Work with management to design new processes, improve efficiency, and support growth.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of new initiatives.
Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, marketing, or related roles.
- Strong digital marketing skills (social media, content creation, basic video editing, website management).
- Creative thinker who can design and execute new strategies.
- Good project management and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Knowledge of the F&B or coffee industry is a must.
