Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Central Kitchen Operations & Inventory Executive to manage daily operations of the central kitchen, with a strong emphasis on inventory control, purchase planning, stock accuracy, and order documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end operations, including goods receiving, issuing, stock monitoring, and coordination with production and outlet teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily central kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with SOPs
- Manage inventory control processes including stock-in, stock-out, and stock reconciliation
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare purchase requisitions based on production needs
- Handle order processing, invoice issuance (开单), and system data entry
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and outlets to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Track product movement and implement FIFO/FEFO to minimise wastage
- Prepare inventory reports and assist in monthly stock count and analysis
- Support production planning based on demand forecast
- Ensure all operational documentation is accurate and up to date
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in central kitchen, F&B factory, or warehouse operations
- Experience in inventory management and procurement is essential
- Knowledge of stock control systems and documentation process
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, inventory systems)
